Nearly everything we supply is VIN-programmed or vehicle-specific GM electronics. Before shipping, many parts must be configured for your specific vehicle and warranty registered with GM. This ensures that the components you receive are correctly matched to your vehicle and supported under the appropriate GM warranty coverage.A portion of this process involves manufacturer registration and programming steps that occur outside of our direct control and can account for approximately 50–75% of the total processing time listed below.
Please scroll to the bottom of this page for the most current backorder status updates.
To help keep orders moving as quickly as possible, we kindly ask customers to allow the processing times listed below before requesting order updates. Responding to status inquiries during the quoted processing window can slow down order handling for everyone.
We sincerely appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

BACKORDERS:
The list below reflects the most current information available from our suppliers. As soon as we receive updated information it is posted here, and backordered items are prioritized for processing as soon as inventory arrives.
4.2″ Clusters for IOR Steering Wheel Controls: These units are frequently placed on backorder by the OEM supplier. Unfortunately, estimated arrival dates are not typically provided and delays can sometimes extend several months. Customers who prefer not to wait may choose to upgrade to a High Country or Denali cluster. Please contact us if you would like to discuss that option.
2022.5–2026 Global B Steering Wheel Upgrade Kits: The base (rubberized) and leather Chevrolet steering wheels are currently on backorder as noted in the product description. The current supplier estimate indicates availability for the leather wheel in April.
High Country and Denali Clusters (T1): The following units are currently on backorder:
2020–2023 US Spec Denali and High Country Diesel (L5P and LM2)
2020–2023 US Spec Gas Denali (with and without Auto Stop)
2020–2023 US Spec Gas High Country (No Auto Stop)
2021–2024 T1 SUV RSE Replacement Screens: 2021 Right/Passenger-side units are now showing an ETA of May. We are obviously hoping this is an underpromise and over deliver situation as I’m sure you are as frustrated as we are at this point with these. 2022–2024 Driver/Left side units are also currently on backorder and showing mid April ETA. We do get preference OVER dealers on these so if you order one from us not only do you save quite a bit of money but you’ll also get it first.
IOK Radio Upgrades for T1 SUV: These are still on backorder we are hoping to see them in April. They are moving to a new part number with updated software that is more expensive and we are covering the increase in cost for backorder customers.
2020+ Global A IOS, IOU and IOT Replacement CSM’s and wireless CarPlay upgrades: There was an issue with the ship carrying a batch of these to the US not sure if its related to new military action or not however the next batch is showing due to GMESC in April. We do get preference on these as well so we will get them before dealers we apologize for the delay on these.
