About 10 minutes of Googling my dead screen lead me here. I ordered it without reading too much into it because it seemed like the obvious solution. About a week after I ordered it I checked on the status to find it was backordered with no estimated timeframe. I was super bummed, however just a few days later I received an email that it had shipped! When it arrived it came in OEM GM box that had been opened to program. It took me about 10 minutes to install it. The first startup was pretty nerve racking because it first showed the GMC logo (as it should have), and then it rebooted by itself and did some updates with a progress bar across a black screen. Then it rebooted again and displayed the Cadillac logo!?! Finally after a few restarts it now displays the GMC logo and all functions are working perfectly. I've had it installed a couple weeks with no issues. Highly recommend this service verses going to the dealer.

Huge upgrade for my 2019 Chevy Colorado WT model. I bought a zr2 wheel and clockspring, but the steering wheel controls did not work. I did some research and someone on the forums recommended white auto and media for a Speedometer upgrade. I took the risk and was glad I did. I have a nicer looking Dash speedometer now and the steering wheel controls work for the audio. This is a huge win. This also shipped really fast, very impressed with the speed. Absolutely wonderful product. Couldn't believe my 2026 TrailBoss came without steering wheel volume and phone controls. Fortunately WAMS had the solution I was looking for. The combined new steering wheel and digital dash cluster brings my interior to 2026, unlike the origianally installed analog cluster. The digital cluster truly surpassed my expectations. After getting the system installed by a local collision shop I've worked with in the past, I was able to get a local Cheverolet dealer to complete the marriage. I am extremely happy with the upgrade which is considerably less than getting the same features with a step up in trim levels.

I am almost at a loss for words as to how easy this was. First of all, my local dealership diagnosed the need for an HMI module replacement. Their solution was at a cost of over $2100, installed. My response... "Let me think about it." My thinking led me here! THANKFULLY! I ordered the HMI module from WAMS, and within just a few days UPS is delivering it to my house. I was literally waiting for it in my driveway. I had my glovebox out, negative post disconnected, and the old module waiting to be unplugged. I opened my just arrived box, verified the contents, unplugged my old unit, plugged the new one in, reinstalled my negative battery post, and was once again, off to the races. AMAZING! I will not hesitate to business with these folks again, if needed!

I went ahead and ordered the new hmi vs sendingthe oke out of the car. I went to a dealership 3 times on a 2016 corvette stingray 2lt build date of Feb 2016 which also has the I05 option so the update should of happened... nope... so I got fed up and bought the new HMI and yes it works great! I also added the Motorola ma1 wireless android auto adaptor and it works great. And from order to receiving was very quick. And yes I installed it the same day I got it... the job itself is a very tight fit but im very happy to now have something that completes my corvette without replacing the entire stereo.

I had the updates installed in 30 minutes and they worked great. The module under the glove box makes a faint noise every time I start my truck, I believe it's just the fan but the noise goes away quickly once it is fully spinning. I would still recommend this to anyone that wants Apple Car Play/ Android Auto.
