Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Data sent through the “Contact Us” form is retained indefinitely for record keeping purposes.
Order and vehicle information
When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to fulfill it, including your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, and vehicle information such as your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and vehicle configuration details. This information is used to source, program, and register OEM components to your specific vehicle.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Depending on the product, this may include your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, vehicle identification number (VIN), and the relevant vehicle and order details. We share this information so these partners can fulfill and ship your order (including shipping directly to you on our behalf), perform VIN-specific module programming and configuration, register applicable product or part warranties with the manufacturer, and assist with returns, exchanges, replacements, and technical support or diagnostics related to your order.
Payment processors and merchant services. When you place an order, we share the information necessary to process your payment — including transaction details and the relevant account and contact information — with our payment processors, card networks, and financing providers. We may also share this information with those providers and the associated financial institutions to resolve billing issues, investigate and respond to payment disputes and chargebacks, verify transactions, and prevent fraud.
Advertising and analytics partners. We work with third-party advertising and analytics providers — such as Google and Meta — to deliver, measure, and improve our own marketing. When you place an order and provide a mobile telephone number, White Automotive & Media Services may send you text messages (SMS) regarding your order status, shipping and delivery updates, information required to fulfill your order—including VIN and vehicle configuration details—and customer support.
Message frequency may vary based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
How we handle mobile information
Mobile information, including your mobile telephone number and your consent to receive text messages, will not be shared with, sold to, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared only with service providers strictly as necessary to transmit messages and fulfill your order—for example, our messaging platform provider. These service providers are prohibited from using your mobile information for any purpose other than delivering the service on our behalf.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Opting out
You may withdraw consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Order records, including vehicle and VIN information, are retained indefinitely for warranty registration, supplier, and record-keeping purposes.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
