This WAMS exclusive allows for a factory correct retrofit of a BRAND NEW (full warranty) fully programmed 12.3″ Full LCD Instrument cluster found in up-level packages/trims into your 2020-2024 CT5.  Please make sure you read the ENTIRE Description / FAQ prior to ordering.

This product is 100% custom to your vehicle and options and can be tweaked for mods.

We setup all clusters for Navigation regardless as it will allow you to turn off the speed limit menus and simply enable them if you retrofit navigation. We’ve found this to be the simplest method to make everyone happy and negate the need to send the unit back for additional programming should you upgrade to navigation.

After installation you will also need to have a quick and simple (less than 5 minutes total time once setup and connected in vehicle) final setup procedure done by a GM dealership or shop with access to GM Techline Connect. We provide detailed instructions in the box on how to accomplish this to give to the dealer and it’s a very simple to the point procedure but necessary due to the enhanced security on these vehicles (and modules).

FAQ:

Q: How does this work?
A: You place an order for a cluster using the menus above. Upon delivery you will need to install the unit and then go directly to a GM Dealer (or other shop with Techline Connect access) run a quick final setup procedure; instructions will accompany the unit.

Q: Can you do this for Export (Metric clusters)?
A: Yes. Being Digital that is all programming.

Q: Ok can you make this updated 12.3″ all digital unit work in the 2014-2019 CTS?
A: No. Those utilize an entirely different electrical architecture. Please don’t email asking this the answer isn’t going to change.

Q: Will this work for my CT4?
A: No, this is for CT5’s there is an upgrade for the CT4 under the CT4 category in the shop.

Q: Will I lose any features?
A: No you should not lose any features that you had before however due to changes in operation certain functions may operate differently and we’ve tried to detail any of those here in these FAQ’s.

Q: Will I gain any features?
A: You may gain some features as the 12.3″ clusters have slightly different menus. If you have added FACTORY options that your car didn’t have please put what you have added in the notes section.

Q: Will I get the V Series Performance Menus?
A: Yes! All of our clusters include those menus.

Q: What is the Track Theme selection all about?
A: We give you the option to add the V/Blackwing Track Theme. This is another customizable theme with a bar graph (or digital) tachometer BUT adding this also adds the “V” Crest logo to the Tachometer on the Sport Theme so we give you the option in case for some reason you don’t like it you don’t have to add it. IF YOU HAVE A V SERIES VEHICLE THIS WILL BE ON BY DEFAULT NO MATTER THE CHOICE ABOVE.

Q: What about retrofitting a HUD?
A: ALL clusters are setup for HUD retrofit just in case you choose to add it as on this platform it’s considerably easier than others. We do not provide support for the installation end of it but you should reach out to HarnessDr.com for wiring harness info to make that switch. Please note that the Forward Collision Alert red light may not illuminate depending on your model year without the HUD retrofit completed.

Q. Why don’t you ask for my Mileage? What happens to my odometer?
A. Your odometer will sync to your vehicle during setup at the correct current milage.

Q: What about my engine hours?
A: These should be carried over during setup as well. Full disclosure we had one Gamma tester where there was an issue with these not carrying over (the other testers were fine) so there is a very small risk that these dont carry over however they are still stored in other modules so they are not lost and will keep accruing.

Q: My MPG/Range at install is WAY off is that normal?
A: Completely Normal! The new cluster has no baseline yet. You should start to see it normalize (or be close to completely normal) after one full tank of fuel has been consumed and the vehicle filled up. The remote app may take longer to normalize as it uses a “lifetime” MPG reading.

Q: Do I need to send in my factory cluster?
A. Nope! We are sending you a factory fresh unit.
