A: Yes they are! Brand new with full GM warranty.
Q: Do these units come programmed?
A: Yes they are pre programmed.
Q: Do I need to visit a dealer to install or after installing one of these?
A: No the units are pre-programmed for simple plug and play self installation/replacement after disconnecting the battery; save your money.
Q: Is there a Core Charge? Do I have to return my faulty Radio to you?
A: No. We do not have any core charge nor do we require a core return as we do not resell cores. We would ask that you recycle your old unit responsibly though.
Q: How do I determine if this radio will work for me?
A: You will need to scan the QR code on your driver doorjamb and look for the code “IOR” which is the unit for sale here.
Q: I’m looking for a specific part number that I pulled out of my vehicle?
A: These units were superseded several times, the part number doesn’t matter as you will get you the latest available part number for your application.
Q: The bag was opened when I received the unit?
A: Yes some of these come in sealed bags, we have to open the bag in order to program and test them; this is normal.
Q: Will this fix “X” issue that I’m experiencing?
A: The short version is we can’t tell you that without the car. We recommend the a dealer diagnose any failure prior to purchase.
Q: My unit said “NO VIN” when installed is that normal?
A: Yes that’s normal assuming your vehicle is functioning correctly it will say that briefly at install and go away never to be seen again.
