When to write us

  • You’ve read the product description and FAQ and still need clarification
  • Your application is custom or isn’t listed on the site
  • You’re an existing customer needing product support
  • You’ve checked Processing Times & Backorder Status and still have an order question
  • You’re a dealer, shop, or locksmith

Include your VIN whenever your question involves compatibility or programming. It’s the difference between a general answer and a definitive one.

How we handle support

We work in writing. Modern GM electronics involve configuration detail that matters – part numbers, RPO content, security credentials, installation sequence. Written communication keeps all of it documented against your specific vehicle and available to both of us later.

Photos help more than most people expect: your current screen or cluster, the module part-number label, the RPO sticker in your glovebox, or any error codes on screen.
