While most of our customers understand it bears repeating; this is not Amazon. Nearly every single thing we sell is custom programmed to your specific vehicle and its content. EVERY part that we supply gets warranty registered to your vehicle from GM etc and as far as we are aware we are the only company that does this; and it takes time.
Contacting for order updates during the quoted period below just slows down processing for everyone. If you follow all of the shipping instructions for your ship in order you’re good to go!

Custom Module Programming (the “Custom Module Programming” **ITEM** in the shop located HERE): Approximately 1.5 Weeks**
*This lead-time does not apply to any Preorder or Backorder products. Global B Applications take CONSIDERABLY more time than anything else we offer.
**For ship in services the processing “clock” starts when the order arrives to us NOT at the time you order; all posted times do not include shipping/transit time or Traditional US Holidays both actual and observed.

Please note the list and status below is the most current status we have. The second we get an update it is posted below and backorders are top priority when they arrive for processing.
4.2″ Clusters for IOR Steering Wheel Controls: Some variants on backorder as noted in description. This is common for the OE supplier on this line for some reason however we sadly do not get ANY ETA’s for these and sometimes they can take several months. If you don’t wish to wait you can upgrade to a High Country or Denali Cluster; drop us a line to discuss that option!
2014-2015.5 NAV/NON HMI’s: These are still on and off backorder constantly. As noted in the description its CHEAPER if you ordered a navigation HMI or very close to the same price on the non navigation HMI to buy the CarPlay kit that comes with two brand new modules that are not only faster but have more features. Please again consider upgrading your order to the CarPlay kit!
