Q: Are these genuine GM parts?
A: Yes — this is a brand-new OEM GM display assembly. It is the same factory GM part used in production vehicles and in dealership service repairs. These units are not refurbished, not repaired, and not pulled from other vehicles.

Q: Is this the entire screen assembly?
A: Yes. This is the complete GM display module, including the trim/bezel, structure, electronics, and mounting points — the exact same fully built assembly used in OEM service. It is not just the LCD panel.

Q: Why are the passenger side units more expensive?
A: On these vehicles the module that runs the entire RSE system is built into the Passenger Side Display which feeds the Driver Side Display. The extra electronics drive the price of those units up.

Q: Which unit is shown in the pictures?
A: That is the drivers side unit which is why it doesn’t have an extra connector and electronics.

Q: Can I order a Drivers Side for my Passenger Side to save money?
A: No. As noted above the screens are for specific sides this would never work nor would the inverse. You MUST ORDER the proper screen for the side you are replacing.

Q: Will I need dealer programming after installation?
A: No. The replacement screen is plug-and-play and automatically recognized by the RSE system.
